Ole B. Hovind - Chairman of the Board
Dr. Hovind is an M.D. with a Master of Public Health degree from Harvard Medical School. He graduated from the Norwegian National Defense College in 1984, and was a Major in the Norwegian Army.
In addition to having worked as a physician in offices and family practice, he was Director of the Hospital Division in the Norwegian Department of Social Affairs. In this position, he had several international engagements through the World Health Organization as lecturer and advisor. Mr. Hovind has been a member of the City Council of Oslo, and has served as elected City Counselor with responsibility for Health and Social Affairs. Dr. Hovind was the Medical Director of the largest private physician’s clinic in Norway, Volvat Medical Center. He became the Chief Executive Officer of Sonitor Technologies in 1997, and was elected Chairman of the Board in 2003.
Per Grobstok - Board member
Mr. Grobstok has an MBA from Washington State University, USA.
He is head of a family owned investment company - Service Invest AS - with a portfolio of 100 MNOK.
He is chairman/member of several boards of companies in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, UK and USA.
Ole Einar Brønlund - Board member
Dr. Brønlund holds a PhD in Aerospace engineering from the University of Stuttgart, Germany.
Previous experience includes managing director positions for IKOSS in Stuttgart, Andresens Bank, Kreditkassen, Norwegian Petroleum Consultants and several board positions.
Per Heidenreich - Board member
Per Heidenreich has been living in the US for more than thirty years. He has broad experience from shipping, logistics and IT. Heidmar Inc., a company he started in 1984, controlled approximately a hundred tankers, a company and an oil terminal in Texas, and employed more than 250 people, when it was acquired by Morgan Stanley in 2006.
Per Heidenreich was President of the Norwegian American Chamber of Commerce (NACC) from 2005 to 2007 and has received a several awards including NACC’s Lifetime Achievement Award in 2001 and Connecticut Maritime Association’s Commodore Award in 2000.
Anne Birgitte Fossum - Board member
Anne Birgitte Fossum is chairman and board member in several Norwegian companies, including the family owned investment company Foinco AS.
Mrs Fossum has broad experience from work on Board of Directors, mainly in the SME sector.
Silvija Seres - Board member
Silvija Seres is a succsessful developer of international technology companies and an experienced board member. She has a strong technical background with MSC Computer Science (Oslo), MBA (INSEAD) and PhD Mathematical Sciences from Oxford University, and is a proven leader of large geographically distributed organizations in consulting, marketing and services.
Mrs. Seres is the Managing Director and Founder of TechnoRocks, a strategy consultancy guiding technology-based businesses through growth or turnaround stages.
