Hardware and support engineer
You will contribute to our team’s efforts in delivering quality products on time and within established cost parameters, as well as in providing support to our customers and market organization on an as needed basis. Your engineering expertise will be challenged in the areas of ultrasound signaling in air, which includes signal processing, physical tags and detectors, digital circuits, power supplies and interface circuitry.

As a member of a small dedicated team you will be responsible for the continuous improvement efforts related to design, development, documentation, and testing of our indoor positioning system hardware.

 

Core Functions

  • Understand the customers needs and work with team to specify optimal hardware solutions.
  • Design, develop, document and test product hardware.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (FCC, UL, CE etc)
  • Provide technical support to customers and partners installations.

 

Must have:

  • Master or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum five years related hardware design experience.
  • Experience with schematic capture and board layout.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of the English language
  • Customer focus, creativity and attention to detail.

  • High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

 

Should have:

  • Knowledge of analog and/or RF/RFID/DSP design.
  • Knowledge of ultrasound signaling.
  • Ability to travel.

Senior Hardware Design Engineer

As a member of a small dedicated team the Senior Hardware Design Engineer will lead the development of our next-generation in-door positioning systems.

System Engineer

Your engineering expertise will be challenged in distributed programming, database design/interface and graphical user interfaces. The System Engineer will also be responsible for installation planning, hardware integration and system configuration and test, and will work in close cooperation with Sonitor's R&D department.

Embedded Software Engineer

You will contribute to providing support to our customers and market organization on as needed basis. Your engineering expertise will be challenged in embedded programming, distributed programming and ultrasound signal processing.
