Ole B. Hovind, M.D.
Founder and Chairman, Sonitor TechnologiesDr. Hovind is an M.D. with a Master of Public Health degree from Harvard Medical School. He graduated from the Norwegian National Defense College in 1984, and was a Major in the Norwegian Army. He has been Director of the Hospital Division in the Norwegian Department of Social Affairs where he had several international engagements through the World Health Organization as lecturer and advisor.
He was a member of the City Council of Oslo, and has served as elected City Counselor with responsibility for Health and Social Affairs.
Jørn S. Husemoen
CEO Sonitor TechnologiesJorn S. Husemoen first joined Sonitor Technologies as CFO in January 2007, and was appointed CEO in January 2009.
Mr. Husemoen has 14 years experience from the telecommunication industry working internationally for Ericsson both in the Mobile infrastructure business and the Mobile Handset business. He holds in-depth knowledge related to finance, R&D, manufacturing and international sales of advanced technology products. Prior to joining Sonitor, Jorn was based in China and India for nine years.
Wilfred E. Booij
CTO Sonitor Technologies ASWilfred E. Booij has been CTO of Sonitor Technologies since 2006. At Sonitor he has been responsible for introducing a number of patented innovations that are now finding their way into the Sonitor product portfolio.
Prior to working for Sonitor, Mr Booij was a Senior Scientist in the Microsystems and Nanotechnology Lab at SINTEF, Norway’s leading industrial R&D organization and a senior engineer at Hewlett-Packard (later Agilent Technologies) in the UK. Wilfred Booij earned a PhD from Cambridge University, where he graduated in 1997 on work involving the development of high speed superconducting digital devices.
