SmartTag™

The SmartTag is equipped with two buttons that can be customized for use and be pressed to initiate a variety of alerts and notifications through third party software applications. Examples of alerts and notifications are staff duress, request for assistance, rounding, equipment in need of attention, or room turnover. The tag’s multicolored LED provides visual confirmation of a button press.

The SmartTag series supports industry standard 802.11 positioning and communication, which means that it can be deployed in virtually any existing or new enterprise Wi-Fi infrastructure.


SmartTag Mini™

SmartTag Minis are small form factor tags designed for use with the Sonitor Sense RTLS Platform. These tags are equipped with either one or two buttons that can be pressed to initiate a variety of alerts and notifications via third-party software applications. Examples of alerts and notifications include staff assist and nurse rounding. The multi-colored LED on the tag illuminates as a visual confirmation when a button is pressed. The SmartTag Mini supports industry standard 802.11 positioning and communication, allowing it to be deployed in virtually any existing or new enterprise Wi-Fi infrastructure.

These tags can be worn by patients, residents or other individuals using a variety of wristbands and other accessories for attachment.


SmartBadge™

The latest form factor, the SmartBadge is a full feature, active RTLS tag designed in the shape of a typical staff I.D. badge. The tag is equipped with two buttons that can be pressed to initiate a variety of alerts and notifications through third party software applications. Examples of alerts and notifications are patient duress and rounding. The tag’s multi-colored LED is lit as a visual confirmation when a button is pressed.

The SmartBadge supports industry standard 802.11 positioning and communication, which means that it can be deployed in virtually any existing or new enterprise

Wi-Fi infrastructure. 

This tag is designed in the same form factor as standard issued employee I.D. badges and can be worn either horizontally or vertically when using the appropriate clips and accessories. The microphone on the badge is conveniently located on the top edge of the badge tag, eliminating any risk of obstructing the communication signal from clothing or other objects.

Phone-FUEL’ed devices are still positioned when screen is turned off or the application is running in the background. Even better, it consumes very little power while doing so. Lyra, therefore, supports both consumer and professional use cases using a unified infrastructure.
