About the job As a member of a small, dedicated team, you will be a key contributor in the group responsible for quality assurance, product certification, market access assessment (CE, FCC, ISED, CB, UL etc.) and cyber security. You'll be required to apply your depth of knowledge and expertise to all aspects of the product lifecycle. You will interact with your co-workers on a daily basis to stay focused on our common goals. Your engineering expertise will be leveraged and challenged as you work seamlessly on activities ranging from investigation of customer problem reports through to design and implementation of new products. This will require a candidate who is comfortable multitasking and working in a matrix environment while being able to successfully communicate and negotiate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. The position will be located at our headquarters in Oslo, Norway.

Crucial skills:

  • Master degree in Telecommunication, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields

  • Minimum three years of relevant experience in radio product certification, including safety and environmental concerns

  • Knowledge about radio protocols like Wi-Fi, ZigBee, and BLE

  • An understanding of Electromagnetic Compatibility • Knowledge about cyber security of Internet of Things (IoT) devices.

  • High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Strong commitment to Product Maintenance and Product Development activities

  • Fluent in English and preferably Norwegian (written and oral)

It is also beneficial, but not crucial if you have:

  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment

  • Willingness and ability to travel

  • Working knowledge of coding, e.g. in Python

  • Knowledge of RTLS

  • Experience in the healthcare market

  • Experience with global market access

  • Experience with social auditing and responsible sourcing
