SONITOR ANNOUNCES NEW COMMERCIAL LEADERSHIP TEAM STRUCTURE FOR NORTH AMERICA
Greenwich, CT – January 30, 2024 – Sonitor Technologies Inc., the leading provider of affordable, accurate, and easy to use real-time locating systems (RTLS), announced today the formation of a new commercial leadership team for North America: Matt Crane as CCO & CEO, Teresa Brasac as CCIO, Tim Wildman as CSO, and Brian Bass as VP of Enterprise Solutions.

The new team is defining and executing the next phase of growth in North America through the expansion of commercial, partner, and service capabilities that help customers successfully adopt RTLS. “With over 100 years combined implementation and clinical workflow experiences using RTLS solutions, this team brings deep industry expertise that is allowing Sonitor to expand its knowledge base and accelerate its innovation,” continues Arne Øyen. “We are pleased to share this first-hand experience with our customers who will benefit from realizing the full potential of adding RTLS to the healthcare enterprise.”
The Team
Matt Crane - Chief Executive Officer (CEO): Matt Crane brings two decades of management and leadership experience in Nurse Call, Asset Management, Capacity Management, and RTLS in healthcare. He has a track record of leading high performance commercial teams that were awarded numerous $50 million+ contracts with the top IDNs, the US Government, and Group Purchasing Organizations. Most recently, Mr. Crane served as Chief Growth & Strategy Officer at Handle Global where he helped create and launch a new SaaS-based technology category known as Capital Cycle Management for healthcare. As the North American CEO, his strategic vision and industry insights will play a pivotal role in steering Sonitor through its next phase of expansion.
Teresa Brasac, PhD, MSN, Chief Clinical and Informatics Officer (CCIO): Teresa Brasac holds a doctorate in Technology Adoption in Nursing and spent more than a decade in direct nursing practice, plus another 17 years leading clinical informatics and commercial clinical teams. She has held responsibility for the addition of technology, including RTLS, to clinical practice and for advancing utilization of IoT data to enhance the staff and patient experience. As the newly appointed CCIO, and with her commitment to improving health and safety outcomes for staff and patients, Mrs. Brasac will be instrumental in enhancing the integration of technology and nursing practices for Sonitor customers.
Tim Wildman, Chief Solutions Officer (CSO): Tim Wildman joins Sonitor as the CSO, bringing over 25 years of commercial leadership within the healthcare industry and proven success in establishing and strengthening partnerships with customers through the addition of technologies such as RTLS, Smart Beds, and Mobile Communication Apps. His strategic approach to business development and client relations combined with his extensive technical knowledge of RTLS solutions will be pivotal in expanding Sonitor's market presence and forging key partnerships with healthcare systems.
Brian Bass - Vice President of Enterprise Solutions: Brian Bass will be responsible for shaping and executing Sonitor's technology strategy. He brings over a decade of experience working with enterprise healthcare customers to implement and integrate digital health solutions including Nurse Call, RTLS, Mobile Communication Apps, Alarm Management, and Medical Device Integration with connectivity to hospitals systems such as the Electronic Health Record (EHR). Brian's extensive background with health IT solutions and IT networks positions him as a key driver in advancing Sonitor's innovative solutions for the healthcare sector.
